Conditions of the Contract:

•  Ahlanuae , as agents shall not be held liable to the clients for any loss,

damage, delay or expense including, without limitation, within the law, any death, injury or illness to any person or any loss or damage to property which maybe caused to a client.

•  SunshineUK reserves the right to change or exclude any component of any excursion for which a booking has been confirmed without notice and for any reason whatsoever. The client shall not be entitled to any refund in respect of such modification or exclusion.

•  SunshineUK reserves the right to cancel any excursion prior to departure and to decline, to accept or return any person as a member of an excursion at any time. In particular, due to the nature of many of the excursions, safaris and other activities, delay or cancellations may result from factors beyond AE control, for instance, sickness, climate or other occurrence of force majeure. A refund or partial refund may be given in such cases at the discretion of AE and/or the operator of the excursion, safari or other activity concerned, but this is not guaranteed.

•  The full price of any excursion will be payable when a booking is confirmed.

AE may cancel any booking if the total price of the excursion is not paid within 48 hours prior to departure. In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking less than 48 hours prior to the departure no refund will be paid.

•  The client accepts the potential risks that can be involved in certain

excursions, safaris and activities, and takes accountability for ensuring that he or she is mentally and physically able to take part in the specific selected activity. The client shall comply with the directions of any activity guide. If in the option of the guide, the client's conduct or physical state is harmful to the safety of the group as a whole, or if the leader feels that the client will be put at risk by progressing with the activity, the client may be asked to leave the excursion, safari or other activity without the right to refund.

•  All personal belongings are the exclusive responsibility of the client at all times during the excursion, safari and other activity.

Cancellation Charges.

Changes, Cancellation or No Show. All changes and cancellations up to 12hrs are charged at a charge of AED 20 per person.

All no shows, changes and cancellation within 12Hrs is non refundable
